Client Command terms

Eligibility and authority

You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the business and client tenant you access. You may submit only content you have the right to use.

AI-assisted service

Aurion is AI, not a human. Its output may be wrong. You are responsible for reviewing drafts, claims, prices, legal text, and media before approval or use. The service is not legal, financial, medical, tax, employment, or other professional advice.

Staging and external actions

Chat requests create tickets or staging work. They do not by themselves authorize publication, spending, contracts, account changes, or other external actions. Those actions require the applicable human approval path.

Accounts and acceptable use

Keep credentials confidential; promptly report suspected compromise. Do not use the service to violate law, impersonate a person, deceive viewers about synthetic media, infringe rights, bypass tenant boundaries, attack systems, or submit malicious instructions intended to alter QMAI's controls.

Plans and cancellation

A recurring plan's exact price, interval, included service, cancellation method, and any refund terms must be shown before checkout. A plan is not activated until payment clears. Fuel packs are separate one-time prepaid purchases governed by the Fuel Terms.

Service limits

Availability, model behavior, and third-party platforms can change. QMAI does not guarantee revenue, rankings, campaign performance, uninterrupted service, or that AI output will be fit for a particular purpose. Separate signed agreements control if they conflict with these public terms.
